It can be regarded as the most widespread Cheese type in the world, particularly in Britain, Australia, New Zealand, North America and those of common wealth nations. Our Cheese Plant is also capable in manufacturing of good quality Cheddar Cheese. They are normally ripened for two and up to six months in the ripening cold store room. They can be mild or strong taste depending on different applied temperatures and aging specifications. With a developed flavor, and cheeses labeled "aged", "Sharp" or "Extra Sharp" have been ripened for more than six months and have a very pronounced smell and taste. It is usually quite close in texture. Cheddar Cheese is generally consumed with sandwiches, snacks, melted cheese on toast and with variation of hot meal dishes.
